Abstract

Die Digitalisierung ist der globale Megatrend, der in allen Bereichen zugleich wesentlicher Treiber für Veränderungen ist. Diese Veränderungsdynamik erleben wir global wie lokal; sie betrifft die persönliche Lebensführung ebenso wie berufliche Perspektiven, das gesellschaftliche Miteinander ebenso wie die Entwicklung unseres demokratischen Gemeinwesens. Spätestens seit den Präsidentschaftswahlen in den USA ist uns bewusst, dass durch Millionen von Bots, eine Flut von organisierten Fake News und Shitstorms das Vertrauen in die digitalen Medien sowie das Vertrauen in die veröffentlichte Meinung – beides wichtige Grundlagen für unser Zusammenleben – in Frage gestellt sind.
