Abstract

The article explores the development of biomass porous carbon using endogenous templates for electrochemical sensing of hesperetin. The authors address the challenges of existing detection methods, such as high cost and complexity, by introducing a more efficient and sensitive approach. The study involves the preparation of lotus root pyrolytic carbon materials (CPLR) and their application in constructing an electrochemical sensor. The CPLR-900/GCE sensor exhibits a wide detection range, low detection limit, and excellent performance in real sample analysis. The research also highlights the sensor's anti-interference ability, reproducibility, and stability, making it a promising tool for the determination of hesperetin in various samples.
