Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird die Diskussion um Board Dynamics ausführlich erörtert. Den Einstieg in das Thema bildet die Darstellung unterschiedlicher Untersuchungen, die zusammenfassend kein einheitliches Bild über die Erfolgswirkung von Corporate Governance zeigen. Es werden unterschiedliche Prozessmodelle beschrieben und ihre Unterschiede und Gemeinsamkeiten herausgestellt. Anschließend wird die Untersuchung von Leblanc und Gillies aus dem Jahr 2005 ausführlich dargelegt und diskutiert. Innerhalb der zuvor genannten Untersuchung wurden ausführlich die verschiedenen Einflussfaktoren auf die Dynamik von Boards identifiziert und deren Wirkungsweise weiter konkretisiert.
