Abstract

The demand for advanced materials with high thermal conductivity and dielectric constants is driven by the evolution of electronic devices. This article presents the synthesis and characterization of boron nitride nanosheets/epoxy nanocomposites, which exhibit exceptional thermal conductivity and dielectric properties. By incorporating boron nitride nanosheets (BNNSs) into an epoxy matrix, the researchers achieved a significant increase in thermal conductivity and dielectric constant, making these nanocomposites ideal for energy storage applications. The study includes detailed characterization using techniques such as X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and thermal analysis. The results demonstrate the potential of BNNSs to enhance the performance of epoxy nanocomposites, offering promising solutions for heat management and energy storage in modern electronic devices.
