13. Braucht die Wirtschaftsinformatik eine neue Identitätsdiskussion?

Zusammenfassung

Im Jahr 2007 haben Stephan Zelewski und ich gemeinsam einen Sammelband mit dem Titel „Wissenschaftstheoretische Fundierung und wissenschaftliche Orientierung der Wirtschaftsinformatik“ herausgegeben. Im vorangestellten Vorwort dieses Bandes finden sich folgende Gedanken: „An den Anfang dieses Bandes sei ein Gedanke Gutenbergs gestellt, der bereits zu Beginn der 60er Jahre die Bedeutung der Informations- und Kommunikationstechnik für die Unternehmensführung erkannte. Gutenberg weist im Vorwort darauf hin, dass es seiner Meinung nach keine wissenschaftliche Lehre von der Unternehmensführung geben kann, dass aber viele Fragen der Unternehmensführung der wissenschaftlichen Behandlung zugänglich sind.
