Die Digitalisierung verändert viele Unternehmensbereiche fundamental, so auch die Controlling-Praxis. Persönliche Begegnungen sind häufig nicht mehr erforderlich, Daten und Dokumentationen können bereits ausschließlich digital gespeichert und verarbeitet werden. Es entstehen kontinuierlich neue digitale Tools sowie Instrumente, die den Aufgabenbereichen im Controlling neue Dimensionen eröffnen, dazu gehört auch die Durchführung von Remote-Audits. Wie sich die Vorgehensweise von Remote-Audits durch die Digitalisierung verändert und welche Perspektiven sich daraus für die Praxis ergeben, wird im folgenden Beitrag präsentiert.
