Abstract

The chapter delves into the complex dynamics of supply chain management, specifically focusing on perishable products. It introduces a novel supply chain model that incorporates demand, production quantity, and stock variables, modeled using a differential equation system. The model's chaotic behavior is analyzed through phase portraits and bifurcation graphs, revealing sensitivity to customer satisfaction and stock deterioration rates.
