The adaptronic test system for charge controllers allows programming, function testing and further test steps to be implemented at a single test station without the need for multiple handling: After plausibility check of the DUT's QR code with the MES database, the test is released. An adapter is automatically inserted into the SD card slot of the test object and the CAN interface and power supply are contacted via spring contact probes. After connecting the power supply, the test object boots automatically. Once the boot process is complete, the Ethernet interface is contacted and then programming is carried out via the NT Control software using SSH communication. After the software has been transferred, the functions are tested via SSH and CAN commands. For example, luminous colors of LEDs are detected via fiber optics and compared with the corresponding color specifications. In addition to connection tests, the electric strength between the power section and the low-voltage range is also tested with 2200 VAC.
