Zusammenfassung

Im vorliegenden Beitrag wird es darum gehen, Chinas Weg in die industrielle Moderne seit der Gründung der Volksrepublik nachzuzeichnen und diese Entwicklung mit anderen Ländern sowie den Anforderungen in einer globalisierten Ökonomie zu vergleichen. In diesem Kontext soll dann herausgearbeitet werden, wo aktuell die Notwendigkeiten und Anforderungen an den strategischen Wandel im Land liegen, um auf einen durch Innovation begründeten und nachhaltigen Pfad des ökonomischen Wachstums zu gelangen. Das ist spätestens seit dem 3. Plenum des 18. Zentralkomitees der KPCh im November 2013 der absolute Fokus der chinesischen Reformpolitik.
