Abstract

The chapter 'Clustering the Indian Teens to Study Their Psycho-orientation to Measure Satisfaction and Attachment Towards Online Food Application' delves into the impact of online food delivery apps on Indian teenagers. It begins by discussing the importance of the food sector and the role of technology in transforming the food supply chain. The study focuses on the changes in consumer behavior, particularly among Indian teenagers, who are increasingly adopting online food delivery apps due to their busy schedules and technological savviness. The research aims to determine the factors that influence teenagers' satisfaction and attachment to these apps, such as food quality, hygiene, brand name, pricing, selection, and payment choices. The study uses a cluster sampling technique to gather data from school and college teenagers, analyzing their responses to factors like services, friend suggestions, price, and habit. The results reveal that convenience, cash back and discounts, variety of food, and promotion codes are key factors influencing satisfaction, while online reviews, safe and secure packaging, information quality, and privacy are crucial for attachment. The chapter also highlights the impact of emotions and promotions on purchasing behavior. Overall, the study provides valuable insights into the preferences and behaviors of Indian teenagers using online food delivery apps, which can be used to develop effective marketing strategies.
