Abstract

The article presents a significant advancement in dielectric materials with the optimization of (In0.5Ta0.5)0.1Ti0.9O2 ceramics. These ceramics exhibit colossal permittivity of 1.18×10^5 and ultralow dielectric loss of 0.0072 at 1 kHz, along with exceptional temperature stability meeting the X9D requirements. The study addresses the challenges of simultaneously achieving high permittivity, low dielectric loss, and wide temperature applications, making it a notable contribution to the field of dielectric materials for microelectronic devices and new energy vehicles.
