The Board of Directors of Edag Engineering Group AG has appointed Harald Keller as Chief Executive Officer. From July 1, 2024, he will take over from Cosimo de Carlo, who will leave the company at his own request on June 30, 2024. Until now, Keller has served as Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of Edag Engineering GmbH Deutschland and has been head of the Vehicle Engineering unit, the company's largest business segment, since 2017. “With his many years of experience, Harald Keller stands for EDAG's core competencies and values,” said Georg Denoke, Chairman of the Board of Directors. “In a challenging environment, this guarantees a seamless transition and continuity for our strategic path.”
