Adopted at the 5th Session of the Standing Committee of the 8th National People’s Congress on December 29, 1993. Revised for the first time on December 25, 1999 in accordance with the Decision of the 13th Session of the Standing Committee of the Ninth People’s Congress on Amending the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China.
