Abstract

The article presents an innovative approach to tissue engineering through the use of conjugate electrospinning to create polycaprolactone scaffolds that simultaneously contain micro- and nano-fibers. This technique aims to better replicate the morphology and structure of the native extracellular matrix, thereby enhancing cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. The study systematically investigates the morphology, structure, physical and mechanical properties, and biological properties of these scaffolds. The results demonstrate the potential of this method in creating highly effective biomedical scaffolds for tissue regeneration and repair.
