Abstract

In der modernen Gesellschaft gewinnt die Idee des Crowdsourcing zunehmend an Bedeutung. Während im Jahr 2015 der weltweite Umsatz noch bei 15 Milliarden US-Dollar lag, wird bis zum Jahr 2025 ein Umsatzwachstum auf das zwanzigfache, 335 Milliarden US-Dollar prognostiziert (PriceWaterhoseCoopers, 2015). Dabei werden Waren oder Dienstleistungen nicht mehr zwischen kommerziellen Anbietern und Kunden ausgetauscht.
