Zusammenfassung

Da in den frühen Phasen des Entwicklungsprozesses noch keine realen Prototypen verfügbar sind, muss im Rahmen der frühzeitigen Kundenintegration auf nicht-reale Präsentationsformen (z. B. Texte oder Bilder) zur Darstellung alternativer Produktkonzepte zurückgegriffen werden. Die Auswahl der zum Einsatz kommenden Präsentationsform ist von entscheidender Bedeutung für den Erfolg der Kundenintegrationsmaßnahme. Die vorliegende empirische Untersuchung evaluiert die Eignung von drei nicht-realen Präsentationsformen (Text, Animation und VR) anhand eines theoriebasierten Modells zur Beurteilung innovativer Produktkonzepte. Die zentralen Komponenten des Modells bilden das objektive und subjektive Verständnis der zu integrierenden Kunden für die dargestellten Produktkonzepte.
