Der Markteintritt multinationaler Unternehmungen in Märkte an der Basis der Einkommenspyramide

Eine lerntheoretische Perspektive

Zusammenfassung

Diese Studie liefert Erklärungen, warum und zu welchem Zeitpunkt multinationale Unternehmungen in einkommensschwache Märkte eintreten und Geschäftsaktivitäten aufbauen. Zudem zeigt die Studie auf, wie multinationale Unternehmungen in einkommensschwachen Märkten operieren und wie sie Wissen über diese Märkte erlangen. Zur Gewinnung fundierter Erkenntnisse wurde unter Rückgriff auf die Lerntheorie von Johanson und Vahlne eine vergleichende Fallstudienanalyse durchgeführt und es wurden Implikationen für Theorie und Praxis abgeleitet.
