Abstract

The article delves into the critical role of supply chain management (SCM) in small-scale integrated commercial agriculture, highlighting the importance of addressing obligations and impediments to improve farmers' access to markets and enhance sustainability. It discusses the conceptual framework of agricultural supply chains, the impact of SCM on various dimensions such as economic, educational, infrastructural, social, and environmental factors, and the effectiveness of SCM in achieving sustainability goals. The research methodology involves a quantitative survey and PLS analysis to validate the model's constructs and relationships. The findings emphasize the need for targeted interventions to support small-scale farmers, including access to land, infrastructure, and financial resources, as well as the importance of policy support and cooperation with farmers. The article concludes by comparing its results with other studies and suggesting avenues for future research, emphasizing the potential of SCM in improving the livelihoods of small-scale farmers.
