Determinanten der Technologie- und Prozessakzeptanz im Kontext kooperativer Arbeit

Zusammenfassung

Im diesem Beitrag wird zunächst der Akzeptanzbegriff erarbeitet und theoretisch verankert, wobei Technologie- und Prozessakzeptanz differenziert werden. Anschließend wird ein auf dem UTAUT-Modell basierendes Erhebungsinstrument entwickelt, das auf beide Formen der Akzeptanz anwendbar ist und Aussagen über Umfang und Struktur der Akzeptanz ermöglicht. Eine erste empirische Überprüfung des Modells erfolgt in einem Experiment, bei dem kooperativ eine Montageaufgabe gelöst werden soll. Die zwei Untersuchungsgruppen unterscheiden sich in der zum Einsatz kommenden Kommunikationsform. Dabei findet die Kooperation zum einen über eine AR-Brille und zum anderen Face-to-Face statt. Es zeigt sich, dass sich Leistungserwartung vor und Gewohnheit nach einer Montageaufgabe am stärksten auf die Nutzungsabsicht auswirkt. Zudem hat der wahrgenommene soziale Einfluss zum Zeitpunkt vor der Montage einen signifikanten Einfluss auf die Veränderung der Nutzungsabsicht über die Zeit. Abschließend werden die Ergebnisse in Empfehlungen für die Implementation von neuen Technologien und technologiezentrierten Prozessen übersetzt.

Praktische Relevanz Die Integration von Technologie- und Prozessakzeptanz ermöglicht es moderne Technologien, die nicht mehr ausschließlich als distinkte Objekte wahrnehmbar sind, sondern sich vielmehr durch ihren Prozesscharakter auszeichnen, zu untersuchen. Erkenntnisse zur Entstehung von Akzeptanz können dazu beitragen optimierte Implementationsstrategien zu entwickeln, um die Potentiale von neuen Technologien voll auszuschöpfen.
