Abstract
As the basic and strategic resources in information society, information infrastructure plays a vital role in economic and social transformation and upgrading, national security and development, and the well-being of all peoples in the world. Major countries endeavor to enhance strategic deployment, strengthen forward-looking layout, and promote the transformation and upgrading of network facilities toward new-generation information infrastructure. They made great efforts to accelerate the construction of new infrastructure such as 5G, artificial intelligence, industrial Internet, Internet of Things, and collaborated in the interconnection among global network infrastructure, which established solid foundation for seizing new opportunities in information revolution, cultivating new economic growth-drivers, recovering new national competitive advantage, and sharing new achievements of Internet development.
