Zusammenfassung

Die Digitalisierung hat eine Reihe von Technologien hervorgebracht, mit deren Hilfe Prozesse in der Medienwelt automatisiert werden. Zahlreiche Bereiche in der medialen Wertschöpfungskette können bereits automatisiert werden – von der Recherche bis zur Distribution. Natural Language Generation (NLG)-Algorithmen erlauben das automatisierte Schreiben von Texten. Dialogroboter sind nur der nächste logische Schritt im Zuge eines fortschreitenden Automatisierungsprozesses. Dieses Kapitel gibt einen Überblick über den Stand der technischen Entwicklungen der Digitalisierung als Voraussetzung für die Dialogwende.
