Abstract

Wir stehen kurz vor einer großen Veränderung: In Zukunft werden uns viele neue Möglichkeiten geboten werden, uns komfortabel und vor allem umweltfreundlich in urbanen Zentren fortzubewegen. Mit der digitalen Verfügbarkeit (mobiles Internet über das Smartphone) sind neue intelligente Mobilitätsformen möglich: Wir sind nicht mehr auf das eigene Fahrzeug angewiesen und werden zukünftig problemlos eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Verkehrsmitteln, wie es uns gerade gefällt, nutzen können (Mobility as a Service). Dazu müssen wir uns aber in den unterschiedlichen Mobilitätsräumen nicht nur sicher, sondern auch wohl fühlen – eine große Herausforderung für die Gestaltung der Räume, Abläufe und Systeme.
