Zusammenfassung

Die Erfassung kultureller Werte einer Organisation sowie die Bestimmung der Wichtigkeit einzelner Aspekte spielen im Kontext von Survey-Feedback-Prozessen eine wichtige Rolle. Der vorliegende Beitrag beschreibt direkte und indirekte Methoden zur Erfassung von Werten und Wichtigkeit im Kontext von Befragungen sowie die mit den verschiedenen Verfahren assoziierten Vor- und Nachteile. Neben aktuellen empirischen Ergebnissen zur Erfassung von Werten werden verschiedene konkrete Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Wichtigkeit in Bezug auf ein Kriterium vorgestellt. Vor dem Hintergrund der methodischen Problemstellungen und praktischen Herausforderungen werden Empfehlungen zur Erfassung von Werten und Wichtigkeit im Kontext von Survey-Feedback Prozessen gegeben.
