Abstract

The study delves into the impact of sintering temperature on the dielectric, ferroelectric, and electrostrain properties of BNT-based ceramics. By sintering ceramics in a wide temperature range, researchers observed changes in lattice parameters, grain sizes, and electrical properties. Notably, the ceramic sintered at 1145°C exhibited excellent dielectric and ferroelectric properties, highlighting the critical role of appropriate sintering temperatures in achieving optimal ceramic performance. The findings offer valuable insights into the relationship between sintering conditions and the electrical behavior of these ceramics.
