Abstract

The chapter delves into the intricate effects of friction on the deformation behavior of tube blanks during the tube hydroforming process. By employing real-time measurement techniques, particularly the 3D-DIC system, the authors provide a detailed examination of how friction influences the corner filling deformation mechanism.
