Abstract

The study investigates the impact of sintering temperature on the properties of Ba(Cu1/2W1/2)O3 high dielectric ceramics, prepared via a solid-phase sol–gel two-step method. The research focuses on the relationship between sintering temperature and dielectric properties, such as dielectric constant and loss, as well as grain size and density. The optimal sintering temperature for achieving the highest dielectric performance is determined, with detailed analyses of the frequency and temperature dependencies of the dielectric properties. The article also compares the effects of different surfactants on ceramic properties and identifies the most effective surface active agent for improving dielectric performance. The findings have significant implications for the development of high-density storage applications and high-temperature dielectric materials.
