Abstract

This study delves into the effects of thermal annealing duration on the temperature-dependent dielectric response of PVA-based GO/FeGaInS₄ composites. Key topics include the impact of annealing on crystallinity, the role of interfacial interactions, and the dielectric properties of the composites. The research highlights how different annealing durations influence the structural and dielectric behavior of the materials. Notably, the study reveals that prolonged annealing enhances dielectric permittivity and reduces dielectric loss, making these composites promising for high-frequency electronics and energy storage applications. The findings underscore the importance of optimizing annealing conditions to tailor the properties of polymer-based composites for specific uses.
