Abstract

The study examines the effects of osmotic flux on PdCu alloy membrane structure, focusing on how this technique can improve membrane stability and hydrogen permeability. By combining electroless plating with osmosis, the authors successfully created firm, thin, and selective membranes resistant to pollutants. The research highlights the benefits of using osmotic flux in membrane preparation, including the formation of a stable fcc phase structure and enhanced hydrogen transport properties. The findings contribute to the development of more efficient and durable membranes for hydrogen separation processes.
