Abstract

The article delves into the effects of Pseudomonas fluorescens FY32 on canola cultivars under drought stress induced by polyethylene glycol. It investigates how drought stress affects canola growth and antioxidant enzyme activities, and how the application of Pseudomonas fluorescens FY32 can mitigate these effects. The study compares different canola cultivars and evaluates the combined impact of drought stress and bacterial inoculation on plant growth and stress tolerance. This research is significant for understanding the mechanisms of drought tolerance in canola and for developing strategies to improve crop resilience under stress conditions.
