Abstract

The article introduces efficient information-theoretic DPFs with general output groups, addressing the limitations of existing constructions. It presents new techniques to reduce key sizes and enhance security against colluding servers, enabling the construction of DPFs with optimal key sizes. The study also explores applications in PIR-RV protocols, demonstrating how the new DPFs can improve the efficiency and security of these protocols. The research highlights the importance of these advancements in enhancing data privacy and security in various applications.
