Kurzfassung: Geschirr- und Sanitärkeramik wird im Schlickergussverfahren hergestellt. Während der Lagerung der Schlicker können sich bakterielle Mikroorganismen und Pilze vermehren und deren Eigenschaften beeinflussen, was zu Mängeln bei den Endprodukten führt. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es, die mikrobiologische Wirksamkeit verschiedener Biozide zu charakterisieren und ihren Einfluss auf die Rheologie und die Qualität der Endprodukte zu bewerten. Die Ergebnisse der Studie verdeutlichen die mikrobiologische Wirksamkeit und die potenziellen rheologischen Störungen durch den Einsatz verschiedener Biozide bei Schlickern und Glasurzusammensetzungen. Die Arbeit zielt auf ein besseres Verständnis der Wechselwirkungsmechanismen zwischen Bioziden und Keramiken sowie auf eine effizientere und angepasste Verwendung dieser Stoffe ab. …
