Zusammenfassung

In Kap. 1 wird die geschichtliche Entwicklung der Gashydratforschung von den ersten Laborbeobachtungen über ihre Erforschung im Zusammenhang mit der Produktion von Erdöl und Erdgas bis zu ihrer Entdeckung als potentiell relevanter Faktor im Kreislauf des Systems Erde zusammengefasst.
