Zusammenfassung

Die erste Idee, dieses Buch zu schreiben, wurde vor etwa 4 Jahren geboren, als sich immer wieder herausstellte, dass Storytelling vielen Menschen hilft, das große Ganze des „Warum, Was und Wie“ in Projekten besser zu verstehen. Mehr als 20 Jahre Arbeit im Bereich Innovation in einem High-Tech-Unternehmen waren ein langer Weg und eine große Reise. Anstatt ein Buch von einem Experten für Experten zu schreiben, wollten wir die gesammelten Erfahrungen mit all denjenigen teilen, die verstehen wollen, wie unterschiedliche Konzepte im Innovationsmanagement zusammenhängen „Connecting the Dots“. Mit einer Art Reiseführer durch den Prozess der Innovation wollten wir ein tiefes Verständnis für den Zusammenhang der Konzepte und Tools darstellen sowie die Fähigkeit zur praktischen Anwendung vermitteln.
