Abstract

The chapter delves into the strategic importance of knowledge creation in enhancing organizational performance, with a particular focus on innovation quality and speed as mediating variables. By employing SEM-PLS, the study tests several hypotheses to understand the positive influence of knowledge creation on both organizational performance and innovation speed and quality. The research, conducted with data from the Rural Bank in Bali, Indonesia, reveals that knowledge creation significantly impacts organizational performance, with innovation speed and quality acting as critical mediators. The chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of the measurement model, including reliability and validity tests, and offers valuable insights into the dimensions of knowledge creation and organizational performance.
