Abstract

The chapter discusses the importance of organizational resilience in the face of crises like the COVID-19 pandemic and how corporate social responsibility (CSR) plays a crucial role in enhancing this resilience. It delves into the specific CSR practices that were effective in Bosnian firms during the pandemic, highlighting the relationship between CSR and organizational resilience.
