Entscheidungsfindung beim Sperrenbau zum Hochwasserschutz

Zusammenfassung

Die Häufigkeit von sintflutartigen Überschwemmungen in den letzten Jahrzehnten und ihre Zerstörungskraft weisen auf die Notwendigkeit des intensiven Baus von Sperrbauwerken hin - einer Querbarriere, die im Bett von Wasserläufen errichtet wird, um ein instabiles Profil im Flussbett zu konsolidieren oder große Mengen an Sediment zurückzuhalten, das transportiert wird. Die Entscheidungsfindung bezüglich des optimalen Sperrsystems zum Schutz vor reißenden Strömen in Zentralserbien erfolgt mit Hilfe von Methoden der multikriteriellen Entscheidungsanalyse (AHP und PROMETHEE). Sperren, die als Betonbauwerk konzipiert sind, werden anhand folgender Kriterien bewertet: Baukosten, Menge und Preis pro Kubikmeter des zurückgehaltenen Sediments sowie des geschützten Oberlaufs. Anschließend wird eine Monte-Carlo-Simulation durchgeführt, um die Rücklagen für die ausgewählte Kombination von Sperren zu schätzen, die auf 4,58 % der ursprünglichen Kosten vor Simulation beziffert werden.
