The chapter introduces a comprehensive evaluation method for intelligent distribution terminals using a VIKOR model. It establishes a multi-objective optimization framework to maximize distribution network reliability, minimize terminal investment, and reduce power loss. The genetic algorithm is employed to solve the optimization model, and the VIKOR method is utilized to select the final scheme.
