Abstract

The study investigates the impact of water-cement ratios on the diffusion behavior of sand soil grouting, a critical aspect of underground engineering. Utilizing a self-developed three-dimensional grouting model test system, the research examines how different water-cement ratios affect grouting pressure, earth pressure, surface displacement, and grout bulb characteristics. The results show that lower water-cement ratios require higher grouting pressures and lead to faster uplift displacement rates. The grouting diffusion mode is columnar, and there is a direct relationship between the average diffusion radius and the water-cement ratio. The study also highlights the significant influence of the filtration effect on grout diffusion characteristics, which becomes more pronounced with higher w/c ratios and grouting pressures. The findings provide valuable technical support and theoretical guidance for similar grouting projects, contributing to the advancement of grouting technology in underground engineering.
