Abstract

This chapter delves into the experimental study of a submarine tunnel seepage seawater-source heat pump system, focusing on its composition, working principle, and performance analysis. The research establishes a seepage seawater-source heat pump experimental platform, revealing key performance characteristics such as the energy efficiency of the unit and the energy consumption ratio of the distribution system. The study highlights the system's average coefficient of performance (COP) of 3.6 during winter operation, demonstrating its potential for energy savings and reduced carbon emissions. The chapter also discusses the system's composition, including the capillary tube network heat exchanger, water-source heat pump unit, and circulation water pumps.
