Abstract

The article investigates the opinions expressed by social media users regarding the Ukraine–Russia conflict through the analysis of tweets. It highlights the varied sentiments and support for Ukraine, the impact of verified accounts, and the geographical distribution of tweets. The study also examines the influence of tweet format and user gender on engagement metrics. The findings emphasize the role of social media in shaping public opinion and support during conflicts, offering valuable insights into the digital landscape of contemporary warfare.
