Abstract

The article focuses on the synthesis and characterization of spike-like spherical iron manganite (FeMnO3) nanoparticles using the coprecipitation method. These nanoparticles exhibit exceptional photocatalytic properties, particularly in degrading methylene blue dye under visible light. The study highlights the nanoparticles' unique morphology, which enhances their surface area and active sites, leading to improved photocatalytic efficiency. The research also includes detailed characterization using XRD, FESEM, EDX, FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, and PL spectroscopy. The nanoparticles show excellent stability and reusability, making them a promising candidate for practical applications in water remediation and photocatalysis.
