Abstract

The article discusses the synthesis and microwave absorption properties of N-doped C modified SiC nanoparticles. The facile synthesis method involves DA self-polymerization and heat treatment, resulting in a core-shell structure with enhanced microwave absorption due to increased interface polarization, defect dipole polarization, and conductance loss. The study also highlights the tailoring of complex permittivity through N doping content, leading to optimized microwave absorption performance.
