Abstract

The article delves into the development and characterization of polypropylene (PP) composites reinforced with sodium hydroxide-treated flax fibers and alumina nanoparticles. The study employs advanced techniques such as transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to examine the microstructural behavior of the composites. The results demonstrate significant improvements in tensile strength, impact toughness, and flexural strength, particularly with higher concentrations of alumina nanoparticles. The research also highlights the potential applications of these composites in industries requiring high-performance materials, such as automotive and aerospace. The article concludes by suggesting future research directions to further optimize and understand the behavior of these composites in real-world applications.
