Zusammenfassung

Neben den Bereichen Information, Mobile und Cloud zählt nach Gartner der Bereich „Social“ zu den wichtigsten Innovationstreibern der heutigen Industrielandschaft. Social Media hat sich mittlerweile zu einem unverzichtbaren Wettbewerbsfaktor entwickelt, der die bisherigen Formen der Kundenpflege grundlegend verändert und nun auch verstärkt im sonst konservativen und hoch regulierten Banken- und Finanzsektor immer wichtiger wird. Dieser Beitrag zeigt, wie sich Geschäftsziele durch den Einsatz von Social Media als Ergänzung zu herkömmlichen Marketingmethoden schneller erreichen lassen. Ein solch bedeutender Paradigmenwechsel erzwingt jedoch auch eine Bereitschaft für organisatorische und technologische Veränderungen. Die vorliegende Abhandlung zeigt innovative, erfolgreiche Beispiele für Social Media Strategien bei Banken und Finanzdienstleistern.
