Zusammenfassung

Diese Studie zeichnet die finanzielle Entwicklung nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg in Japan nach und bietet Einblicke in die jüngste finanzielle Entwicklung in der chinesischen Marktwirtschaft. Wir untersuchen das japanische Hauptbankensystem und die Keiretsu-Kredite. Darüber hinaus wird die finanzielle Liberalisierung in Richtung „Blasenwirtschaft“ aufgrund der Ära hohen Wirtschaftswachstums nachgezeichnet. Die Forschung konzentriert sich dann insbesondere auf die Ursachen und Ergebnisse des doppelten Blasenplatzens sowohl auf dem Immobilien- als auch auf dem Aktienmarkt. Aus der finanziellen Umstrukturierung des Bankensystems nach dem Platzen der Blase in Japan lassen sich Lehren für die Finanzkontrolle auf dem Immobilienmarkt und anderen Vermögensmärkten in China ziehen.
