Abstract

The article presents a novel approach to creating flexible piezoresistive sensors using porous PDMS/CB composite materials synthesized through a solvothermal method. By varying the weight percentage of NaCl in the reaction solution, the pore density, electrical properties, and mechanical elasticity of the composite materials can be precisely tuned. The resulting sensors exhibit high sensitivity, low detection pressure, fast response time, and excellent stability over 7500 cycles. These advanced sensors show great potential for applications in wearable medical devices and human motion monitoring, as demonstrated by their accurate detection of various human motions and activities.
