Zusammenfassung

Das Full-Range-Leadership-Modell zählt zum gegenwärtig bedeutsamsten und einflussreichsten Führungsmodell (Avolio 2011; Judge und Piccolo 2004; Sosik und Jung 2010). Das Full-Range-Leadership-Modell von Bass und Avolio (1995) setzt sich aus drei zentralen Dimensionen des Führungsverhaltens zusammen (vgl. Bass 1985): 1. transformationale Führung, 2. transaktionale Führung, 3. Laissez-faire-Führung.
