Abstract

As smart surfaces gradually mature, the situation where all functions are integrated into the central screen may gradually disappear. Instead, some functions of the central screen may be dispersed in the form of smart surfaces on seat leather, steering wheels, and car doors. In this regard, a Finnish technology company, Canatu, has developed a carbon nanomaterial touch sensor.
