The theory of Enterprise Process Control is a system of notions and relationships between terms referring to enterprise management and process control systems. The universal model of organizational and functional structures of such systems has been presented in the paper. It has been shown that these structures are tightly related to the structure of data flow between decision procedures in information systems that support business process control in enterprises.
