It also explores the ethical and legal challenges associated with AI, including the risks of deep fakes, biased algorithms, and the necessity of maintaining human oversight. The chapter emphasizes the importance of transparency and accountability in AI-driven legal processes, as well as the need for robust governance frameworks. It also discusses the impact of AI on the perception of justice in the digital era and provides recommendations for responsible AI integration. The conclusion underscores the importance of balancing technological efficiency with the Rule of Law, emphasizing the need for continuous education, transparency, and accountability to ensure that justice remains fair, accessible, and trustworthy in the digital age.
